Westside Church of Christ

About us

We are a community of Christians serving and worshiping God in Ames, Iowa.  Our mission is to lift up Christ and to spread the good news of grace and salvation to the people of this city.  It’s a huge undertaking and we need all the help we can get!  With God’s help, we’re doing this together.  Will you help us?



God is working through us and as He does so, He unites us together in His love.  His love pours down on us graciously, and we cannot help but show that love to one another.  As a church, we pray together and pray for one another.  We spend time in fellowship, forming great friendships and memories.  We read the Bible together, discussing the Word of God and how to apply it to our daily lives.  We encourage and edify each other.  We rejoice together and we mourn together.  We are a family.
